Guess it would have been helpful to have model numbers, at least- but the one shown looks like a 40 series, at least 30 years old, closer to 15K than 60. This has all the makins' of what we used to call a "friction fire" when I was in the fishing boat finance business- a fire caused by the mortgage rubbing up against the insurance policy.
