Well. I'm 63. This was the first time I voted in a primary election. I had figured that my vote woulden't make a diff. Well This year every vote makes a diff. Here in NY, a self made business man is battling a well established, well oiled political machine. He may not win, but we do not have to give the machine a mandate to do business as usual!!!!! If you feel the new commer can't win, vote for him/her anyway, and give no politician a mandate. In NY we gave cliant #9 a mandate and look what he did for us.! The Idiots in Albany can't even decide if they are Donkeys or Elephants (all wiesel lawyers in my opinion) and our Legally blind Gov. who his own party has no respect for. In my opinion This is the most pathedic point in our state and countries political history. This country boy can survive off the land; how about you?
