You've got two choices here:
1. Get a "deckover" trailer. A deckover trailer has the deck over the wheels so you can trailer wider tractors. They are available in up to 102" width.
2. You can turn the wheels around to get the tractor narrow enough to fit on a conventional trailer.
Just be sure to purchase a trailer that's adequate to haul the weight of an M. Bare, and M weighs 6000+ lbs.
Trailers are rated by GROSS weight. That's trailer plus payload. A 7000lb car hauler is not strong enough to haul an M, because the trailer weighs over 1000lbs.
