As much as I like to cause mischief, that should be a last resort. Extra cameras are a plus. I say bait the fool into taking something out from under the electric eye. Give him enough rope to hang himself. No sense in causing trouble for yourself. Don't sound like you need any more. Keep it legal as best you can. If local law enforcement is reluctant to do anything about the situation, well, they don't care who fouls up, crime is money. It won't matter who's in the wrong. They'll be happy to fine you or your idiot neighbor, or both. Probably send you to the cooler, too, for sticking up for yourself. Stick to your guns & be patient. You'll pull through just fine doing the right thing.
