I think I would drill a 1/8 " pilot hole for further actions if needed soak good with PB blaster let set and soak again and try a pipe wrench. If it breaks off then drill a larger hole and use easy out.
If ya go to torchin on it move it outside bout at least half mile away, so ya don't mess up that nice Ford in Background.
