Used to hear a story about an old guy who had a watermelon patch, and the local kids were stealing an occasional melon, (as kids are expected to do).
He put up a sign saying, "One of these melons is poisoned."
Next morning there was a sign beside his that said, "Now two of em's poisoned."
I always enjoyed the kids getting a few melons, but I wouldn't like someone fooling with my round bales. I start bringing them home as soon as I shut off the baler.
