I�m rebuilding an older Hagie 470 high clearance tractor to use as a sprayer for my sunflowers. Redoing the entire electrical system (it was a rats nest) and it has a V4 Ford industrial engine with a 12v generator and a Ford 3 terminal voltage regulator. Generator seems to work OK and it is charging. Voltage across the battery terminals is 15.7 volts when running. Is this acceptable or is it a tad too high?
Also anyone know anything about the Hagie 470. I have it jacked up and the wheels off. I notice when engaging the four wheel drive that the front wheels turn noticeable slower than the rear. What�s up with that?':?'
