Gotta" be a real low life to steal another person"s hay! Mark the bales with spray paint. If he sees that he may leave them alone. If he still takes "em, you can ID them.
You need to get local law enforcement involved also. Sometimes a visit from John Law to inquire about where he gets his hay will be enough to discourage a thief.
