So what if a person loses that is morally, civil, and other wise in the right but his/her attorney just could not beat the other guy in the end in court? Seems like the bad guys come out on top way too often anymore. You will never see it because there are way too many lawyers in politics but I would rather see severe limits placed on awards and fees that lawyers can charge. If a lawyer can only charge a pittance beyond demonstrated costs are for a case he/she will get a lot more selective as to the cases they take on. Would allow some people that are legitimately entitled to an award to ensure the money goes where it is suppose to instead of an attorney fat cat.
