There was a farmer in ohio that was sued over a car wreck that happened at the corner of his farm at an intersection.He farmed up to the road,but the road had a 100 ft right of way.They claimed he planted corn in the road right of way and caused the accident by blocking the view at the intersection.The farmer lost big time.
