First of all, I would contact the firm suing you and explain that there was no vegetation to block the view and that you have neighbors that will attest to that. Tell them they need to send someone out to the site to verify the conditions before you embarrass them in court. Maybe you will actually be dealing with an attorney with half a brain. (Hey, it could happen) I'd try that first before I called the insurance co., that may be just the thing they need to raise your rates. And if the law firm sees to reason you won't have to mess with an attorney and try to get his fees covered.
