You won't find a flat tread gripper with an adequate rolling circumference. Even if you did it won't be cheap... Michelin should go a long way to reducing the operating costs with a tire that will fall in the 600-800 dollar range depending on the dealer... One of the other problems is that a tractor of the vintage that used 13.6-24 bias tires on the front will also have a multi-plate wet FWD clutch that never fully disengages. There's always a bit of drag in those things unlike the dog clutches that they used on newer models... Tire wear is just a fact of life on these tractors.
