Same thing happened around here with the Huron, Riply and Underwood Wind Farms. Land owners that got together as a group with a contract lawyer did fine. Those who just signed a contract after looking it over them selves? Lets just say they wish they had spent a little up front, then made much more $$$ later and saved many headaches.
