For you to be able to walk in and get a repair on the spot, the dealer would have had to have a mechanic standing around with nothing to do. You are not going to find that anywhere. Normally if you want a loaner, you have to ask. Dealers do not make a habit of offering loaners to just anyone who walks in off the street, it can cost them a lot of vehicles.
