That is a sore spot when a new rig needs repaired right away. A few years ago my buddy bought a new Chivy 4x4 and the transfer case blew up before he even used it in 4x4 mode. Ended up the cases had been shipped and stored with one end up and a bearing drained out all the lube and ran dry right away. Hard to get parts for a new rig when they have a run of bad parts. Worse yet they wouldn't loan him his old truck as they wanted to sell it quickly to somebody else. I told him he should have just kept his old truck.......
