Witnessed a very funny scene out my window a few years ago.
City crew is there to re-pave a portion of the alley where the pavement had broken up. 7 or so guys, no more than 3 doing anything at any given time, the rest leaning on something. In other words, typical guvment operation.
Next to the alley is a parking lot for a private business- probably a dozen parking spaces, so not a little tiny deal. In the same time it took the city drones to re-do about 15 feet of the alley, ONE GUY broomed sealer onto the whole lot, then brought out an air compressor and stencils, and re-striped all the spaces, plus the blue handicap space as well. He was at a "runnin' crouch" the whole time.
