Yes, that looks like the part seen in illustrations from other sites. Several Wisconsin engines used the same basic carburetor as well as some Case and IH from before they merged. One might assume that adding this to the existing jet would enable setting for leaner mixture, but running richer would not be possible. Thanks for the information.
