Part of the problem IS the lack of good paying jobs with benefits. I find it curious that no CEO or top executive would dare accept a postion without good pay AND a tray full of benefits. But yet they do not want that for most of their employees anymore. The greed in corporate America has put together a toxic potion that spells gross failure in order for a few to get rich quick. All of us capitalist dream of getting rich or richer and doing it with the least amount of effort. But what has happened will eventually take us down. We must get rid of the illegal workers in this country that pay little to no tax, and send cash back to their homeland. We must force corporate America to do the right things that they should be doing on their own. I don't know how we will ever get our good paying manufacturing jobs back that have gone abroad. Some CEOs blame that on unions, but that is more of an excuse than the reason. The reason is that many of them went from making a good income to record levels of income due to the drop in "cost". It was a decison that resembles throwing the baby out with the bath water.
