ok purchased new end plate new pressure spring and new check valve and gasket for IH put it all back together last night had real good oil pressure for about 5 minutes or so then once the oil got warm the engine started to run like it was pulling a load and then it would ease off and run fine i am tired of thaking this thing apart. i asked the parts manager at the local ih dealer and he told me that they had a engine do the same thing ahwile back and it was the engine bearings were wrong when the mic them they were off, the one's i pulled out of the engine were 0.010 and the ones the guys at the parts house were std i was told that 0.010 was another form of std. i hope i didnt destroy this engine because of somebody's word.
