I had the same problem a few years ago and I tried for at least two months to get him by telephone with no luck. I wrote two letters and eventually, he responded. His mufflers and other parts are worth waiting for if you CAN wait and Mark bailed me out with a manifold problem I was having when nobody else could but still in my opinion that is not a good way to run a business. LOL!
