Kind of. The cell that hit here is the one above the right arrow. I'm in Washington Co., about 5 minutes from the Ozaukee Co. boarder as the crow flies. In that image, the winds had just begun to die down here. If you look, there is a second & weaker line of wind just to my south-west. That came through & knocked down what didn't fall in the first blow. The winds were a very strong 70+ MPH in round 1 & about 40 MPH out of the one behind it. We also got .9" of rain in 15 min.!
