My guess is this is an early McCormick Deering 22-36 from around 1932-36 looking at the firestone tires.The 15-30 in 1929 was updated to 22HP Drawbar and 36 Brake HP and called by most every one except IHC the 22-36. IHC still refered to the 22-36 as the 15-30 not wanting to lose the reputation the 15-30 had accumulated. Usually McCormick Deering stands out at the top of the Radiator but is not evident here.A picture from Tractor House of a 1930 15-30 on steel is attached.Turned out sort of fuzzy but you get the idea.JH

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
