pretty tricky, "will run with a little tlc" in the tractor world stands for Turn over Lots of Cash, kind of like old cars with "running when parked" taged on them, what they done say is when they were parked, it was 1965 and nobody has been around it since, if it were me, id squander a few bucks on a service manuel right here on this site, and see if you can in fact get it running and operating thus increasing its value who knows while you playing with it the old tractor bug may bite you and you'll keep it yourself along with several more you come across lol
