Been so hot and dry in the lake of the Ozarks area that I watched a dog chasing a rabbit the other day. Both the dog and rabbit where walking real slow. All kidding aside the weather guy said we have had at least 36 or so days up or higher then 90 degrees and if it keeps it up we will set a new record for longest number of days in one summer above 90. Also been very humid as in walk out side at noon and you shoes get wet from the dew which is not good since stuff is boiling and plants are not looking good. Also been one of the worse summers for a garden. But does any body have a r3ecipe for canning Tabasco peppers?? I have a bumper crop of them and the plants just keep on putting on more peppers so I want to can them
