After 2 long days, the docs say that our son is going to recover fully. He has the broken arm and one vertebra smashed but the discs are OK. He must wear a turtle shell brace for three months when he is not in bed and is going to be sore for a long time, but he can handle that. Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts. A bunch of local farmer friends and others are all volunteering to help with his bean harvest and his expected 8 to 10 thousand pumpkin harvest. He actually walked 90 feet today with help. We are all on cloud 9. Here is a local newspaper article about what happened.
