new remanufactured t/a, new HD clutch, turned flywheel, new drive shaft that goes into flywheel, all new bearing and a few new gears in the rearend, few other things here and there. Going on the Dyno tomorrow, then home she will come. Gonna have to use it for a while before the paint job, have $6100 bill to pay first. Ouch. Pretty much everything that could go wrong has been inspected and replaced if needed. Sure hope them 1206"s continue to hold their value. This is about to be a brand new tractor. Seen on go at an auction a while back brought $16,000, had new paint and they said it had alot of work done but no reciepts. Did I do the right thing by having everything gone through rather than just painting and using? Wife says I have too many tracotrs now so I may trade off the case 870 and the oli 1750 and get a 4x4. Then I would be sitting with just the 544D, 806D, 1206d and what will probably be a 4690 Case. Thats plenty for 300-400 acres isnt it? Expensive hobby!
