With the costs of teen age labor getting higher and the quality of help getting lower, I'm thinking of buying a round baler. As I sell all my hay to mostly horse people, I'd like to find one that makes 4X4 or 4X5 bales. I use a Massey 255 that has a single set of remotes so I guess I'd need one that is a hand controled tie unless I can put double remotes on without too much expense. I'd probably only be doing 60-80 bales a year with the rest still being square bales. Would like to find a used one. What one do you guys think? I have a Massey dealer in my area & that's about all.
