I'd say it is worth at least 50% to 75% of new lumber, but is actually worth MORE because it is probably BETTER quality than anything you can buy today. I've got a stack of 2x6s and 2x8s that have to be 75 to 80 years old if not older. When I run a length of it through the table saw, it smells and looks just like brand new lumber.
