Hello Bob: From the computer generated play back that the evening major news TV had yesterday, yes the 19 year old seemed to be paying attention but as she got back behind the semi, the semi started a slow down for road construction ahead and I'd guess the school bus driver could have slowed sooner or quicker and not hit the pickup would have maybe been better.. With all that said, I don't like guessing from news reports and from second hand info.
