Some Wagner loaders just have one way cylinders. I am installing one on a freind of mines tractor. To make sure that yours are one way or not is to look at the top end of the rods where they are pinned on to the boom. If your cylinders are two way there will be a hydraulic line at the base of the cylinder where it pins on at the bottom and the other line will be at the top end of the rod that come out of the cylinder where it pins on to the boom. If there is no line at the top then you just have one way cylinders.
