Even if the clutch is disengaged the pump will still be running. as said by others try in manual mode check fuses will the kicker still work? i had a problem with the clutch on mine a couple times I just rest the moniter power off and back on it worked for me. sounds like you have a loose wire, blown fuse, or a celinoid issue. could enven be a bypass valve loose.
