Seems like there used to always be a strike go'n on of some sort around here. In about 97 the Accuride wheel plant here went on strike, the company made them three offers. All were voted down. After the third vote 1/3 of the plant was broken down and sent to Canada. The other 2/3 was started up with folks who wanted jobs, still is today.
After that seems like no one wants to vote to go on strike.
