Allen machine shop. What happens is some tinkerer without a torque wrench takes a guess at flywheel bolt torque. Either not tight enough or too tight and the bolts are stretched. The end result is the same with a loose flywheel. Then somebody comes along with fine thread grade eight bolts and torques them to 400lb ft.And they wonder why the flywheel cracks. Anybody trying to weld a cracked flywheel is lacking common sense.
