We have a law here that you have to wear an orange vest in the woods. Them deer still won't wear them though. Deer charged my truck two winters ago. I skillfully slowed and swerved and avoided him. As I commented to my friend that was awful close , the deer ran back out onto the road and slammed into the front of the truck. $2500 to fix it. And the deer ran off without exchanging information or anything. Ins. company did not fault me because he hit me. Said if I had run off the road that would've been on me.
