When you cleaned the carb. did you remove the jets or just blew out what you could see??? If it is really dirty than you need to remove all of the jets and soak it over night in a good carb. cleaner. Also check and see if the fuel solenoid is working. It screws into the side of the carb. bowl. Just take a jumper wire from the positive battery terminal touch the solenoid terminal and you should hear it click. No click and it is bad. If you have a old fuel tank off of a small engine. Hook it up to your carb above the engine level. This will tell you if the fuel pump is bad or not. They are pricey so you don"t want to replace one unless yours is bad.
