I use real heavy post and back fill hole with gravel since you can't pack the muck. The most important thing is bracing correctly and they should not move. I like the T-post idea. I did use the wedge Loc' system you can buy at TSC to brace T-post years ago in a swamp and it is still together, fast and easy. The big thing people often don't do with the T-post brace kits is they forget to tie them together with brace wire, if you don't do that then you can get the braces blowing apart. I have also used the 1 1/4" fiberglass sucker rod with chain link fence brace cups in wet areas and made a floating brace and hung 2 strands high tensile. I hardly sink wood post anymore.
