A few years ago my son and I where replacing the tires on the hay wagons. I had gotten a deal on twenty take offs from the city of Dubuque. They where all 16 inch pickup tires. My son way using the tire changer and had just changed one of the tires. He had pumped it up and let it set. He was lifting it off of the tire machine when the side wall blew out. He was not hurt but did test his underware out. LOL. We have used all the other tires and not one has even gone flat. Must have been just one tire that was damaged some how.
