My 3pt lift started acting up recently and unfortunately it's a "sometimes" problem. When cold it lifts fime but when warm sometimes it will lift, sometimes not. This can happen whether or not there is an implement attached. Rotating the rate-of-drop knob may correct or may not.
Had a JD mechanic out and he couldn't replicate. Any suggestions, fluid level is perfect. The FEL works perfectly. Shoot wished I had rehooked the rear hydraulic to the planter to test. Any thoughts? I can only get to farm weekends so a lost day is a big deal. Thanks everyone.
