I would like to see all those involved pay. The banks loan money based on the appraised value. The realtors make a commision based on the appraised value. The local property taxes are based on the appraised value. The insurance companies write policies based on the appraised value. And there are idiots that borrowed way too much money thinking the value of the property can only go up. Makes you wonder, where did common sence go and who determines what the appraised value?
