Who provides your email account? If it's with your ISP, you need to talk to them first. There are four pieces of information you need to know: The address of the POP (or IMAP) server,the address of the SMTP server, and your POP/IMAP/SMTP account name and password. That should give you everything you need to set up your email account, whether your client is Outlook Express, Thunderbird or whatever. If you have all this information entered correctly into your client, then it should work, simple as that.
