It is an overhead feeder fork problem not compressor rack or side door. Once hay is compressed by plungerhead the side door or rack will not move hay one way or the other!
You have too much hay on the right side. See the adjustments for the overhead feeder fork (three positions). Make sure you follow the OM and check operation by rolling baler over by hand after the adjustment. You want to move more hay to the left side so the forks need to go further into the bale case.
