Yes,deep discharges are bad, and leaving it discharge for more than a couple of hours is worst. Deep discharge batteries must be recharged with in 24 hours to prevent damage.. Motorcycle batteries will pretty much croak on the first discharge. Agm motorcycle cell work much better in my experience at least with my 5bikes..
