Sorry can not give chapter or verse but Jesus him self said give a man a fish and feed him for a day teach a man to fish and feed him a life time. It is in the New testament but it has been to many years since I read the book cover to cover. Yes I have read it ALL and it is in fact in there. If you are in fact a REV like your handle say you are you should be the one telling me where it is not the other way around.
