What dot the old plugs look like? Generally you need to go a couple of heat ranges colder when running propane. If the D14 are running clean you could stay with that heat range. Otherwise, if D21s are what is called for when used with gasoline, you could try D16s or D18s.
The premium wire sets are probably some type of carbon fiber. A good choice if you are concerned about electrical interference with a radio or other electronics. Not likely to apply to you. In most cases the best wires for your tractor will be copper wire core. They will also most likely be the cheapest.
