Couple times I run into that, I replaced the pump. They get gunked up with lint and crud and you may get by for a while with pulling the hose and cleaning it. I think it may have a filter there. For a while if it pumps some, pull the dial and stop it at the end of the spin cycle and turn the dial around to start the spin cycle again and repeat till you can dry the clothes. If not pumping any water or very little, then order the pump.
