135fan, If you drive in the left lane on a four lane highway and impede the traffic flow you can get a ticket here in the states. It makes no difference if you are driving the speed limit or not. The way I am reading your post is that YOU blocked traffic flow BECAUSE YOU ARE THE speed monitor for all of the other drivers on the road. THEN you get mad because you got flipped off. BE glad that is all you got.
