I have been using sulfur block for the last 6 or 7 years and since I have started using them I have not had any issues with pink eye. my wife raises dairy goats and someone told her that if she gets pink eye to squirt red wine in their eye. It does burn and they holler but it clears it up fast. the red wine is supose have sulfa in it.
