It may be cheaper for your company but more costly for you. Any person who goes to the ER and doesn't have money to pay their bill, will just get their bill paid for by the people who have insurance. That's why everyone should be required to have insurance. It prevents those of us who take care of our insurance needs from paying for those who don't.
