OT-need to repair a PVC pipe

The wife hit a cleanout for the septic pipe with the mower. Took out a 1 1/2"x2" chunk at the top of the pipe where the cap screws in.
I'm thinking if I can glue a small sheet of styrene to the outside as a form, and use some plastic wrap taped to the inside and screw the cap in to form the inside, I could maybe fix it with some epoxy so I dont have to do a lot of digging to cut out the pipe and put a new top on. Any suggestion on which Epoxy to use and do you think it will work?
