Nancy, Take it from a West Texas raised boy, keep several cats around and don't over feed them. Saw seven cats take on a 6 ft rattler in the flower bed. Watched them stalk it like a pride of lions. You know one moves one foot at a time on the left and when the snake turns to look at it, another moves in from the right. I was too impatient to wait for the end result. A load of #6 ruined the party. What can I say, I was young and impatient. Know better now.
